Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to limited quantities of each size and item style we currently do not offer exchanges. If the item you are wishing to exchange is still available through the website then simply order a new one and then return your unwanted item for store credit. All unwanted items must be returned to Jackson Kennedy and Co (PO Box 1053 Puyallup WA 98371) within the 15 day return window; no exceptions will be made.


We want you to be happy in your new clothes, therefore if something doesn’t fit quite right or you’re un-sure, items can be returned for full store credit within 15 days of receiving your order. Store credit is issued via an email with a unique code that can be entered at the time of checkout on your next purchase; this credit will be issued in the amount of the original purchase price. All items returned must be in new condition; if any sign of wear or damage is observed the product will be returned to you and a credit will not be issued. Please include your name, order number and reason for return – if there are consistent sizing issues with products we will want to rectify that!

Damaged / Defects
Here at Jackson Kennedy and Co we do our best to inspect each piece that is stocked in our shop however we are not 100% perfect and we may not notice everything – this is not intentional. Please notify us immediately upon receiving your item and inspection of any damages/defects; email us at cs@jacksonkennedyandco.com – we will work together to rectify this. You must notify us of any defects within 3 days of receiving this product therefore we encourage you to open your happy mail and try on your new clothes.
